Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: September 25, 2026

These terms apply while PokerEVLab is operating in public beta. Beta features may change as we improve the service, and paid plans may be introduced in the future.
Legal text below is shown in English. The English version is the controlling version.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of PokerEVLab, including its website, account system, poker hand-history analysis, reports, dashboards, and related services. By creating an account or using PokerEVLab, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires a higher age for poker-related services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PokerEVLab is lawful where you live.

3. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Keep your password confidential and do not share your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security safeguards.

4. Public beta access

PokerEVLab is currently offered as a free public beta. No credit card is required. Beta access begins after the account email address is successfully verified and may continue while the public beta remains open.

  • The beta is intended to help us test the service, learn how players use it, and improve the product before paid plans are introduced.
  • Features, limits, supported sites, and beta availability may change as the service develops.
  • Beta accounts may be identified as part of the beta cohort so we can recognize early users when future paid plans and founder offers are introduced.
  • Creating accounts to bypass security, rate, or access restrictions is prohibited.

We will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email before materially changing public beta access where practical.

5. Hand histories and other uploaded content

You keep any rights you have in files and information you upload. You give PokerEVLab a limited permission to store, process, reproduce, and analyze that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You must have the right to upload the content. Hand histories can contain poker usernames and information about other players. Do not upload files obtained unlawfully, confidential files you are not permitted to use, or content that violates another person’s rights.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use PokerEVLab for unlawful activity or to violate a poker site’s rules.
  • Attempt to bypass account, beta, security, rate, or access restrictions.
  • Probe, attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Upload malicious code or content designed to damage the service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized shared access to PokerEVLab.

7. Poker analysis disclaimer

PokerEVLab is an educational analysis tool. Its statistics, classifications, leak detection, equity calculations, recommendations, and explanations may contain errors or may not apply to every game, format, opponent pool, or situation.

PokerEVLab does not provide financial, gambling, legal, or tax advice. It does not guarantee improved results, winnings, profitability, or any particular outcome. Poker involves risk and variance, and you remain responsible for all playing and bankroll decisions.

8. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, supported poker sites, limits, beta terms, and availability may change. We may perform maintenance, correct errors, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PokerEVLab at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these terms, threatens the service or other users, is involved in fraud or access abuse, or must be restricted to comply with law.

Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious security, fraud, or legal concerns may require immediate action.

10. Responsibility and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, PokerEVLab is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for poker losses, lost profits, decisions made from analysis, poker-site action against an account, or indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PokerEVLab develops. The effective date at the top will be changed when updates are published. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email when practical.
